1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Wash and peel the carrots. Thinly slice the carrots and add them to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and salt.

3. Place the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, flip all of the chips over and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the bottoms. Enjoy!
