2. In a small bowl, add celery salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Set aside ½ tsp of the spice mixture for the cocktail.
3. Rim the edge of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge. Then, dip the rim in the spice mix to coat it. Add ice cubes to the glass.

5. Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass. Place a parsley sprig into the cocktail. Ribbon 1 whole carrot and weave a carrot ribbon through the toothpick, then insert it into the glass. Add a slice of lime. Enjoy!
Tips for Storing Carrots
Containers
Store carrots in a resealable plastic bag or other airtight container.
Shelf Life
To extend the shelf life of your carrots, you can place a damp paper towel in the bag or container, but avoid storing carrots in water as it will soften their texture.
Temperature
Carrots should be stored in the refrigerator between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
Avoid Ethylene
Avoid storing carrots near ethylene-producing fruits and vegetables, such as apples or pears.
