Carrot Ginger Juice

Ingredients

  • 3 large Bunch Carrots
  • 2 stalks Cal-Organic Celery
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Peel carrots and core the apple. Cut carrots, apple and celery stalks into chunks.
  2. Place ingredients into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve in cheesecloth or paper towels.
  4. Serve chilled.
