Garlic Herb Dip for Mediterranean Herb Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. In a bowl, add all of the ingredients.
2. Mix together until evenly combined.
3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
